INGREDIENTS
- 350g skirt steak, silver skin and sinew removed
- 45g soy sauce
- 15g miso paste
- 20g fish sauce
- 20g rice vinegar
- 20g honey
- 10g garlic, zested
- 6g ginger, zested
- 15g lemon juice
METHOD
- Combine all the marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Massage marinade into the meat and vacuum seal with any leftover marinade.
- Marinate for a minimum of 4hrs.
- Season with S & P and grill on a high heat until desired temp. Straight off the grill dress with lemon juice and rest.
