KOREAN MARINATED SKIRT STEAK

Serves: 3

INGREDIENTS

  • 350g skirt steak, silver skin and sinew removed
  • 45g soy sauce
  • 15g miso paste
  • 20g fish sauce
  • 20g rice vinegar
  • 20g honey
  • 10g garlic, zested
  • 6g ginger, zested
  • 15g lemon juice

METHOD

  1. Combine all the marinade ingredients and mix well.
  2. Massage marinade into the meat and vacuum seal with any leftover marinade.
  3. Marinate for a minimum of 4hrs.
  4. Season with S & P and grill on a high heat until desired temp. Straight off the grill dress with lemon juice and rest.
