Gnocchi is an affordable pasta alternative that delivers on both comfort and satisfaction. For a quick and convenient twist, keep a bag of frozen Mediterranean-style mixed vegetables on hand, widely available in most supermarket freezer aisles. They’re a time-saving staple that brings colour, nutrition, and flavour to your plate in minutes.
1.Combine the frozen vegetables, pasta sauce, gnocchi and pesto in a heatproof dish that fits in your air-fryer. You may need to split this into two containers depending on the size of your air-fryer. Stir well so that all the gnocchi are coated.
