1. In a saucepan, whisk together milk, coconut sugar, cornstarch, and salt until smooth with no lumps.

2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
3. Remove from heat and add one chopped Barone chocolate. Stir until melted and incorporated. Add vanilla extract.
4. Pour the pudding into individual serving dishes or ramekins. Let them cool to room temperature.
5. Once cooled, cover the dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the pudding is chilled and set.
6. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings from the remaining Barone chocolate bar.
