Ingredients

  • For the herby dip
  • • 250g plain Parmalat yoghurt
  • • 125 President cream cheese
  • • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley, plus extra, to garnish
  • • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • For the red onion dip
  • • 250g plain Parmalat yoghurt
  • • 125g President cream cheese
  • • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • • ½ red pepper, deseeded and finely diced
  • • ½ red onion, finely diced, plus extra, to garnish
  • • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. For the herby dip, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Season to taste and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
  2. For the red onion dip, whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until smooth, then chill in the fridge for at least 45 minutes.
  3. Garnish the herby dip with chopped parsley and the onion dip with sliced red onion before serving.
