Ingredients

  • • 1,5kg stewing lamb
  • • 50g Bonnita butter
  • • 2 sliced onions
  • • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • • 10ml ground ginger
  • • 30ml curry powder
  • • 2 tomatoes, skinned and chopped
  • • 700g pumpkin, cubed
  • • 10ml salt
  • • 125g Parmalat cream

Instructions

1.Melt the butter and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger for 5 minutes.
2.Add curry powder and cook for another minute.
3.Cut the meat into pieces and add with tomatoes, pumpkin, and salt. Mix well.
4.Cover and cook gently for 1½ to 2 hours until the meat is tender.
5.Finish with cream and serve alongside yellow rice or roti.
