Ingredients

  • • 500g self-raising flour
  • • 1 packet brown onion soup
  • • 500ml buttermilk
  • • 30ml chopped chives
  • • 5ml chopped garlic
  • • 5ml parsley
  • • handful of grated Parmalat cheddar cheese
  • • handful of President feta

Instructions

1.Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2.Place into a well-greased tin.
3.Bake for 1 hour at 180°C.

Chef Tip: Excellent for braais!
