Ingredients

  • • 60ml flour
  • • 60ml sugar
  • • 60ml melted Bonnita butter
  • • 15ml baking powder
  • • 4 eggs, beaten
  • • 2 cans cream-style sweet corn
  • • 250ml Parmalat cheddar cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180°C.
2.Mix all ingredients together, except the cheese.
3.Pour into a square pan or loaf tin. Place the cheese on top.
4.Bake for 1 hour or until fully cooked.
5.Cut into squares and serve hot.
