  • INGREDIENTS
  • • 37,5ml Sydney back
  • • 50g mint
  • • 20ml vanilla syrup
  • • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • • mint leaves with julep spoon & straw, to garnish

METHOD
1.Tear mint, lightly muddle, add ingredients to a julep cup with crushed ice.
